Representative Matters

In a sick house case, a couple claimed that they and their minor child suffered health issues after purchasing a home from the defendants.  They claimed that the sellers were aware, but intentionally did not disclose that the home was built with wood that contained benzene and toxic mold, heavy metal toxins and bacteria.  Richardson Law Group represented the defendants and were granted summary judgement.  Sims v. Boscheinen, Court of Appeals of Kentucky, 2009 Ky. App. Unpub. LEXIS 1011.
