Mr. Porter joined Walters Meadows Richardson as a civil litigator in 2017. Prior to joining Walters Meadows Richardson, Mr. Porter has handled all aspects of civil litigation, including jury trials. Mr. Porter has a range of civil litigation experience including business and commercial claims, medical malpractice, personal injury, insurance defense, insurance bad faith, workers’ compensation, municipal liability, and labor and employment law. Before practicing civil litigation, Mr. Porter prosecuted felony cases as an Assistant Commonwealths Attorney, handling all aspects of litigation up to and including jury trials.
